Please join Professor Jamie Mickle in Stillwater, OK where he will once again showcase his knowledge and techniques to help women arm themselves against an attack. This will be Great opportunity to grow your skills as a grappler, and improve your program back home! This event will be specifically aimed at improving women’s chances to overcome an attack. We will be emphasizing escape and ground control. Open to ages 11 and up.

This will also be a tremendous fundraiser for our community women’s program.
