Angie Schoenrock leads this class. Her journey has been nothing short of amazing. In 2016, she made the conscious decision to change her life,after reaching a top weight of over 290 lbs. She began doing POUND as an added aerobic activity at a local gym. She fell in love with the concept and attended every class she could. In 2017, she chose to become a POUND instructor to share her love of the class with others. She has now lost over 95 lbs and she plans to continue her journey until she reaches her goal weight.

If you are looking for a fun, innovative way to shed the “pounds”, then you will love POUND. Her classes are currently Sunday’s at 2:00PM and Tuesday’s at 5:00PM. Come and see what all of the hubbub is about!
